Pakistani ISI agent arrested from Meerut, worked at Indian Embassy in Moscow.

ISI Agent Siwal revealed to UP ATS that he used to lure Indian officials with money to extract information about the Indian Army & day-to-day functioning.

He has also been accused of passing on crucial & confidential info about the Ministry of Defence & External Affairs to ISI handlers.
